FAQs – our area where you can find the most common questions that our customers have. We try to update it as frequently as possible. If you can’t find your question here please send us a message from our CONTACT PAGE.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped in 1-4 business days after your purchase and shipping times with standard free shipping is up to 15 business days. If you choose Express shipping option you will receive it in 2-4 business days.
Do you accept custom orders?
We do accept customization be it custom size of one of our product or designing a new one based on your desires from scratch.
When do I get my custom order?
Custom orders take about 2-3 days extra for it to ship out. The design phase takes a bit more time hence the extra few days. But we make sure that it is made as fast as possible.
What happens with unclaimed/undelivered packages?
If you do not pick up the package withing 15 days of the first delivery attempt it will be returned back to us. In that case there are two options:
- We send you the package again and you pay for shipping
- We refund you 50% of the order value
We always send tracked packages so its up to you to make sure when its delivered or at your post office.
Are the packages you send tracked?
Yes all packages we send, be it with standard or express shipping, are tracked and we provide you the tracking number. You can track your packages on https://www.17track.net/.
Do you accept color customization?
When you order the painted version of one of our wooden products you can choose any standard color that we have listed. For custom color choose the custom/other color option and leave a note at the checkout.
I wanted to order a design but it is out of stock.
All our items are made to order so if an item is out of stock please contact us and we’ll make it for you and adjust the stock so you can order.
Can I have an extra discount if I order in bulk?
Yes, we can give you an extra discount if you order in bulk. The discount rate depends on the quantity that you would like to order. For more information you can contact us via info@peroworx-designs.com. You can also go to our WHOLESALE PAGE for larger orders.
Why is the texture of wood different for every item?
We use MDF wood with wood imitation veneer, which can slightly vary each product will be unique – meaning the wood pattern will be slightly different on each one. Furthermore the colors (textures) might differ -> some might be darker and some lighter. For each specific order we try to match the colors/textures.
What happens if my order came damaged?
Unfortunately, these kind of things are happening occasionally, but don’t worry we can send a replacement or according to damage and if you accept we can give you a partial refund.
Product dimensions
The dimensions of the actual product can differ slightly than stated – the dimensional accuracy is +-2mm.
